Mermail menu problems

I have a main menu set up for our 800# that starts out with through dial options, then it reverts to actual menu choices. So you call # and hit menu service xxx which has choices
1. ms100
2. ts202
3.ts203
4.ts204
5.ts205
6.nothing
7.ts207
8.ts208
9.ts209
If no response, it reverts to ms100
Menu service 100 is our main menu for departments and such.My problem is that if a caller waits to long to dial the extension they want they will be in ms100 and get a menu choice instead of the person they wished to call. I will be looking at the NTP's to try to figure out a solution, but thought I'd see if I could get some help also. Thanks..

Well, if they are in MS xxx you could always have it repeat for delay then revert to MS100 for no response. Maybe that will buy them some time to decide who they want to talk to.

Thanks Rachelle, that would work. I was looking for something more along the lines of, " That's a stupid way to have it set up, try this"!
