OTM Web Admin - Active Directory?? - PBX Info :: Your Free PBX, PABX and Telephone Information Resource

We have OTM v1.0 with Web Services. I was wondering if you have to have Active Direrctory installed on Windows 2000 Server in order to use OTM Web Administrator?

We get the login screen for the Web Administrator, but cannot login. We tried setting up an account with just the "Administrator" name (login for both OTM and Windows 2000 Server), but we keep getting denied.

You use the same login you use to get into your computer to log into the Web Service.

You don't need Active directory but will need to use yor network password that the network is administrated by on the domain not the login to OTM.
You can then go in and set up groups and permissions under users and groups in control panel and cpmputer management.

Thanks for you help. The problem was that all of our users in OTM are configures as Administrators. I did not realize that you had to put xx.xx.xx.xx/admin if you are an Administrator. I was trying to access the users functions with just xx.xx.xx.xx
