Rep Power: 4 ![]() | CallPilot Rls4 CLID issue Since an upgrade from CallPilot to rls 4, the calls that goes to a voicemenu, and the customers choose for attendent, the operator at the console, does not see the CLID from the caller when the tha call rings, only when she answer the call they see the CLID. The customer claims that bfore the upgrade they saw the CLID also when the call was just ringing. Any solution to solve this problem ? Pennyman ![]() | ||||||||
