Rep Power: 0  | Phones not updating time/etc after 4.0 upgrade I have a case opened, but I figure I will try here as this is usually better support  We just upgraded from Rls 25.40 Motorolas to a 4.0 00T Pentium (CPP). We noticed that some phones were an hour off on their clock. We unplugged and plugged them in and it fixed it. Waiting for the midnight routines to see if it would update the rest (over 1200 extensions) and the next day they were NOT updated. Only by a power reset willl they sync. I seached here and tried the LD 30 stuff and still nothing. On a related note, when we reset a shelf, many of the phones do NOT come back online without a pwr reset a DISU ENSU of the TN. Anyone have any suggestions? | ||||||||

Rep Power: 0 | We found out that our Lamp audit is turned off.. not sure why that would have changed upon upgrading. When I go to LD 77 it says "pass". I have tried level 2 password and the "spwd" listed in the cust data block. Where can I find this pass that it is asking for? It is probably the default as I get a msg saying the "PDT1 and 2" are default when I log in. HELP please! | ||||||||
