The next release after this one will support IP connections to the PBX and a more intutive Multi-site manager.

3.0 is on it's way, It will include a new interface for managing multi-sites. We have engineered it to be able to quickly find and manage up to 500 entries.

MerAssistant now supports, Dial up, Direct Connect, IP through RLogin and Telnet!
Also new features coming out are Speed Call List management, Authorization Code management, and NPA, SPN management. We have included Circuit information forms along with helpdesk ticket tracking on each circuit. Many more new features and enhancements are included.

We are looking for some beta sites with multiple sites that are managed with IP. Send me an email if you fit the description and would like to try it out. rick@envosoft.com
