Rep Power: 6  | Meeting on the links. Is their another alternative to BFS keys that would allow a secretary with an add-on module to monitor call status, so the technician does not have to go through the pain of nulling out the key to do a copy, or move? My only other thought is set the keys up as SCN's and the secretary would have to manually enter the transfer and connect the call instead of transfering and pressing the BFS key. Any other ideas?
