If your are you will have the chance to also use MTE. With in MTE there are some canned reports, basic, that will be able to tell you. Location: Chlt-NC Rep Power: 7 Country: | buliding MOH - RTMB Max is what will provide the reporting, what you want to see is if you have a High Speed Link. My guess is the ANL link you are looking at is a Meridian Mail connection on an Option 11 system. In LD 48 .STAT HSL If it says UP you have Max. Anything else, it is either down, or not provisioned. If you do not have max, if you have the ACD-C package you can enable some rudimentary reporting. No ad-hoc reporting, or historical data retrieval. | ||||||||
