Info on Nortel 9150, 9110, and 9115?

I have dumb question . The keyboard on the PC where switch maintenance is completed works in notepad, word, etc. But all of a sudden (overnight) it isn't working with the emulation software to perform switch maintenance. Is it possible that the PC just needs to be re-booted? If so, what affect will that have on the phones, etc while I'm rebooting? We do have a Symposium Server for stats and I know it is fed data from the Dell PC. So, is it safe to assume that rebooting the Dell will affect the stats - only - and not the Symposium Server itself. We also have a wallboard that displays statss.

Thanks

Meridian Mail retiring?

It should not have an effect on anything, as it sound like your not connected to the PBX at all. So shut down the PC correctly with the START button and then SHUTDOWN.
When you reboot it should connect ok.

Help

Actually, rebooting worked on the 18th, but the same thing is now happening again, and re-booting isn't working.

Please HELP!!!!

The TTY port may be disabled, login from another TTY, remote dialin or a maintenance phone.

Do you get anything on the monitor when connected to the switch?
