Thumbs down call transfer prob.
Can somebody help in this matter, . I cant transfer a call from attendant console(after accessing PRI LINEand then dialing). i can only be able to transfer a call when called party receive call or call get answered. transferring on COT lines r fine i can transfer call wether its answered or not. Hoever on PRI line i cant tranfer untill it get connected. I also checked with # it isnt workin??

PRI calls must be connected to the far end BEFORE the can be conferenced or transfered

isnt there anyway to initiaste call transfer without gettin answer on these PRI DID lines?
