T1 channels locked together

What causes the below to happen:

ACTIVE TN 019 18
ORIG 019 10 DID RMBR 19 10
TERM 019 18 DID RMBR 19 18
DIAL DN xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
MAIN_PM ESTD
TALKSLOT ORIG 7 TERM 9
EES_DATA:
NONE
QUEU NONE
CALL ID 9500 2916

I checked the CDR data and it appears that the call starts with a local station, however, when they hang up it causes twoT1 channels to be connected and the CDR timer continues to run. I normally have to DSCH the channels and enable them or bring the whole loop down and then enable.
Phone company shows channels as IDLE when this happens. Seems the issue is on our side of the link. I 'xxx' the number for privacy purposes.

Network card is an NT5D12 with two DTI loops on it (18 and 19).

Thanks,

Jes

If that doesn't work check the Level 3 signalling on the trunks... I had the same issue out here when users with singles lines would dial wrong numbers then do a hook flash and redial and then tie two trunks to a CO DRAM... switch from EM4 to LDR singnalling put a stop to that for us... the trunk would then disconnect from the CO DRAM instead of tie up.

All,
Thank you for your replies. We do have EHT setup.
Slag, Can you do layer 3 tracing on a DTI. This is not a PRI, therefore no DCH. I did a TRAD in LD 80 to get the information above.

We are currently using EAM signaling:

DES PAETEC
TN 019 01
TYPE DID
CDEN SD
CUST 0
TRK DTI
PDCA 1
PCML MU
NCOS 0
RTMB 19 1
NITE
SIGL EAM
STRI/STRO WNK WNK
SUPN YES
AST NO
IAPG 0
CLS UNR DTN CND WTA LPR APN THFD HKD
P10 VNL
TKID

I don't think can do anything with layer 3 DTI from the CLI.. might need a T1 tester.
