Location: Vancouver, Canada Rep Power: 0 ![]() | CDR in BCM Hi, I'm preatty new in Meridian world so I need guidence step by step. I've installed 1 phone M3903 and it can't dial out. I looked and compare with another phone that can dial out, at TGAR and NCOS- they have the same number and in CLS all the items are identical. When I dial 9 it doesn't show anything at the display, but please press Release and I don't get dial tone. The other phones are working fine. Thanks | ||||||||

Abviously when you dial 9 and get reorder and the display"please press Release and try again" then it is a NCOS/TGAR problem. The phone that you compaired it to.. can it dial out? The phone was receiving calls and it has dial tone, but when I got to the customer I saw that I cannot dial locals that they have the 9 digit in their number. And the phone was new !!!!!!!!!!!!!! These new phones (M3903) are really bad. Hardaware problem, not a software one :laugh: | ||||||||
