Went in a tried to dial to tele but couldn not get any ringing sound even on the lines that are working with the Polycom unit.When I dial through my setup and the screen comes up with the four circles in the left hand corner I get no activity.

Try disabling the MISP asociated with it. Then do a enll xx fdl. Then diable the uilc and reenable it. Stat the UILC and see if L1 is up and then watch for L2 to establish.

Tried that and still not sure.Don't know much about ISDN but I have a question.I tries an analog test phone on some of our working lines and get a dial tone.When I try the ISDN test phone made by Harris sometimes I will get a tone and sometimes just clicking.Does this mean the line is in use.
