Call Forwarding
I have a DN setup on a phone to HUNT to another DN when it isn't picked up after 4 rings, however, it doesn't ring at the HUNT DN, it goes into voicemail. Below is the way the phone is built:

DN Won't HUNT
When it rings and you dont answer it, it is called forward no answer ( FDN).
It will follow the FDN, not the hunt DN.

Calls not going to voice mail boxes.
Just one other point. Your RCO = 0 this is usually 0 rings. Change RCO if you want it
to ring before going to FDN.

DN Won't HUNT
It now forwards to that DN, but if it's not picked up after 4 rings I would like it to go to voicemail. Right now, it just rings and rings.

Is 7000 MM? Is there a mailbox for both SCR's. or a shared MM.
Hunt = 8600.
Assuming 7000 is MM then, If a call arrives and gets a busy it is sent to 8600
If a call arrives and gets a ring No Answer. The call is sent to 7000.
That's on 8200 key only if it has a Mailbox. 7200 key will need to be add to MM as an extension.

MM is 7000 and both SCR's have there own voice mail.

DN 8200 is FDN to 8600; however, it rings 4 times at 8200 and then transfers to 8600 where it constantly rings without going to voicemail.

The RCO option points to one of three options in the RDR data block
You set the number of rings there.

It still doesn't work, it transfers to the 2nd DN, however, it rings and rings and rings never going to voice mail.
