Here's the scenario (running an Option 11C), I have the following DN's associated with each key:

Key 00 SCR 8600
Key 01 SCR 8000
Key 02 SCR 7400

Is there anyway that I could forward just the "Key 01" to another DN and still have the other 2 ring at that phone?

Thank you

On a flexible basis or a permanent one?

Transfer inmediately...

On a flexible basis; if they leave there desk for an hour or two.

Thanx

Call Forwarding

Morpheus,
What are the other two numbers for and do they appear on any other sets?
Could you post the dnb for each dn and the tn of the set in question?

DN Won't HUNT

The 8000 DN is the Revert DN for the Attendant 0 who is not present for now. When someone calls in and they press 0, the call rings on 8000 which is programmed to 3 different phones.

The 7400 DN is the call button for the front door, which is also programmed to 3 other phones.

Our office has a lot of flexible staff, therefore, we can't come up with a hard code set, because it's always changing.

See my dilema?

NAM IP

For every extension, there is a marp tn.
If you have these 3 lines on 2 other phones,
then marp ext 8600 and 7400 to one set.
Then marp ext 8000 to another set.
Call forward the set that has ext 8000 marped on it somewhere
and it should work without affecting the other 2 lines
