Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Call Pilot Message Notification This is my first post to this site, so hi Everone. As a result of downsizing I've inherited a new job, the PBX guy. I'm new to this stuff so you may see a few amature hour posts from me. I have a user who has used the CallPilot Message Notification function to send a message to their cell phone whenever they get a new voicemail message. For the past month they have stopped receiving the notification calls. When it gives up, Call Pilot sends a voicemail message indicating that the system was unable to reach the remote notification number. Any ideas on why this just stopped working? | ||||||||

Location: 1069.7 miles from Tiverton, Ontario (CANADA) Rep Power: 13 ![]() | Check to see if the user entered a different number to be notified. Check the users "Mailbox Class". They may be setup to change some of the "Notification of Message Delivery". If they fat fingered a digit then that may be the reason. | ||||||||
