Location: Port Elizabeth Rep Power: 0 ![]() | So the file ***.csv is actually deposited into the C:\u\db\ directory on the switch by OTM ? Reason why I ask is that OTM has generated the file but we do not have the PDT password for OTM to use to get it onto the system. We have tried all the known passwords on the CS1000 to no avail. I have even tried the PDT break-in trick with the SDI port dip switches on the SSC. I can get into PDT using the site ID but when you try to invoke PASSWD it does not accept the site ID as the old password. I have been told that this may be a problem because the switch is running X21 release 4.5W. | ||||||||
