Location: New Jersey Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Option 11 Meridian Mail Card Option I have a Option 11 with succession 3.0 that has a meridian Mail that is license for 10 port but only has 4 ports installed. If I purchase another 4 port daughter board can I install it and what is the procedure to upgrade this mail system? __________________ Believe those who are seeking the truth; doubt those who find it.---Andre Gide

I don't believe you'll need to run the install tape since you already have the keycodes... It helps to have all of your ducks in a row (ACD queue, agent IDs etc) before starting the process.
