Location: Chattanooga, TN Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Music on hold ISM issue I have an issue with Succession 3.0 and music on hold ISMs. I have two music routes built with a total of 100 ISMs available for use. The two music routes now use a total of 60 of the available 100 ISMs. Each od the music routes has a single trunk member. I need to update the routes to use all of the available ISMs. I'v searched every NTP I can get my hands on and can't find it. Where and how would I do that? Thanks Webjim

Rep Power: 3 ![]() | You program the number of Broadcast connections in LD 14 at the CONN prompt. Documentation says you can have up to 48 connections per trunk. If you have a multi-group switch you should have one trunk associated with one conference loop in each group.

Location: Chattanooga, TN Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Music CONN ISMs I think it is a little more complicated than that. When I attempt to CHG the MUS route in LD 14, the CONN prompt is not presented. I think I may have to OUT the route and rebuild. The problem with that is that it is referenced by about 15 Symposium scripts. Does anyone know if referencing a non-existent MUS route will cause problems within Symposium? I am leaning toward doing it during the next Symposium re-boot.....hopefully months from now! If you can suggest another approach, it would make my day! Anyway, thanks for the help. Jim
