Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Recording wireless phones Option 61; Symposium Express; OTM; CallPilot 2.0 I'm looking for a solution to record conversations on wireless phones that do not require any cards to be placed in the PBX. I'm finding inexpensive solutions to recording calls on our desk phones, but recordings calls made to our wireless phones without PBX integration is an issue.

Location: @home Rep Power: 7 ![]() | For desk phones, we always put an adaptor between the phone and hand set. The adaptor had a plug you could insert a casset recorder (or cable to a PC microphone jack). Solved that one fairly easily. Just had to have the staff press the record button on the tape-recorder. Wirless is a different story, you don't have that option. Wonder if there is something you could put between a headset and the wireless phone?
