guide for install e1 pri to encore networks?

Thoughts on this one,,, don't have enough detailed info yet.

Situation:
Algo Door phone connected to LOP port on universal trunk card on Opt11, connecting to other site's Opt 11 via T1 (don't know how configured yet), call answered on phone at remote site (Type??).

Effect: When phone at remote site hangs up, algo door phone isn't disconnected and remains open. I assume LOP trunk port has supervision.

Looking for thoughts here. I'll post back when we receive more info. But a suggested possible work around would be nice too.

Thanks and Cheers
PhM

ITG again mixing up channels

LOP is loop start. If this is COT analog, I believe it should be a GRD start. However, pull
a TNB on the TN and check for SUPV. ( should = yes) These should match far end sigl and supv.
LD 14 to make changes.

It's been awhile so, I maybe be wrong on that GRD.

Door Phone thru T1 to T1 uplinks

Just looked it up- xut or exut can have lop. If supvn = Yes, try to put BST in STYP.
BST= IN and OUT supervision.

Option 11 compact

Hi Thanks for your thoughts....

I'm not yet sure of what the total issues are... but from what I can tell the Door phone rings into a universal trunk card. Yes the universal Tcard can support LOP and for the purposes of this post I have to assume that the tech on site would have enough smarts to place supervision on that port. Gawd if he didn't X%**@@#$$X$XX ..
So where the call is connected out of the Opt 11 with the door phone to a second Opt11 using a T1 tie of some kind... and after the destination phone on the second Opt11 hangs up the door phone port on the trunk card isn't getting the inside disconnect info and so remains off hook.

If the issue is the T1/PRI or what ever the tie is not sending disconnect info to the trunk port should there be a work around?

Thanks
PhM
