Program an MIK/MCK key on your phone and see if you can turn the lamp on and off. Maybe a burnt out or faulty lamp.

The light itself could be out. If this were an analog phone, I would recommend that you check the card and ensure that it is a Message Waiting Line Card. That is not the case. Did you go in to the TOOLs section of MerMail and perform a MWI light audit? That may wake things up. How are calls hitting voice mail? If they are going to mail from a 2nd line, or something like that, then the number may need to be added as an extension. __________________ No matter where you go, there is the Ladies Love Marty Fan Club. :bow2: :bow2: :bow2:

These keys are great for testing as well as pranking for friends. You can press MIK, enter the DN, then press MIK, to activate message waiting lights monitoring that DN. You can press MCK, enter the DN, then press MCK to turn off the light. This will let you know if it is the phone or not.
