Hi all. I have a callpilot 201i, i made a Phantom DN and dcfw it to 7000(Voice mail) so that any caller which dials that phantom can record a message. A problem is that when a caller dials that phantom ex a default greeting of CP (the user at ext XXX is.......pls record urs message after the beep) plays, i dont wants that default message..is there any way that caller record there messages without listening that message??

Go into the mailbox that your asking about and record a greeting both internal/external but dont speak. Try recording just silence.

I think Mer Mail was able to do this. other wise you may have to put soemthing in there.
