| Junior Member  | After performing a platform migration from a 200I (1.07), to a 201I (2.02), the external Tandberg tape drive lost the driver info. I had to download the driver from Tandberg's website an load it via CD-ROM drive. Just thought I'd post this for anyone performing this upgrade. All else went well. Also, I performed a Callpilot upgrade on a 201I server from 2.02 to 4.0. Upgrading the operating system from Windows NT Server to Windows 2003 Server. When I ran the wizard everything was populated except the ELAN and CLAN info. I only had to configure these server settings and load the 4.0 language and PEP info. |

| Junior Member | CallPilot Platform Migration One other thing in reference to the platform migration. The 200I server in an Option 11C uses a cable that plugs from the slot to a I/O box that breaks out the ELAN, CLAN and Comm ports. This cable is not compatible with the 201I server. The cable that you normally use with a 201I, (NTRH0912), was not part of Nortel's upgrade package. So I thought the existing cable was compatible. The ELAN enabled but the CLAN had no connectivity. I had to get the NTRH9012 to finish configuring Desktop Messaging. |
