Question - can CallPilot support centrex users having mailboxes on the. We have a few users that are centrex users on our Meridian Mail. We are upgrading to a Call Pilot, and was wondering if Call Pilot can do this. What special software should we order for this?

WTF: Norstar 1A2 Line Card?!?!?!

Need more info. What kind of system, PSTN connectivity, etc?

If Meridian Mail can handle it, I can't see why CP can't handle it. I have a hybrid system running here. Head office is running a 61c and all smaller offices scattered around the city have Meridian Digital Centrex phones with a coordinated dialplan, thanks to special telco programming - including voice mail. The only thing I'm not quite familiar with is how they manage to make Centrex MWT work with Call Pilot like a normal M1 MWK... there's some special DMS programming for that. Still looking through the DMS to find out how they pulled that one.

But CFD and CFB on Centrex work very well with either MM or CP, thanks to DNIS/DNID.
