I have been told by a vendor that you need OTM 2.0 to setup ip phones. Is that true?

i2002 volume problems

You must have OTM to build the IP phones. We built our origianl phones with OTM 1.2. In order to load ITG 3.0 software you need OTM 2.0.

No.. that is not true. U can use any version of OTM to load LINE 3.0 also. instead of using a MMS file for the upload it uses a .p2 file. which can still be uploaded with OTM 1.2

when u go to upload the file. and hit browse. change the file type to "all files" and it will work!
