Here is the configuration. Sonexis conference bridge integrated via a NT5D12 dual dit/pri card and crossover cable. Access to the bridge from the world is via a DSC and this works great. Calling out from the bridge I can access my local PRI trunks and pass dtmf (interact with v-mail etc) and dial internally and pass dtmf. The problem I have is when I call a toll number (1+NPA). An account code is necessary to complete the call. The carrier presents the code to the caller. I traced the call and we are accessing the proper route and we are hearing the tone from the LD carrier at this point I cannot send the 6-digit account code (via dtmf). Any ideas on what I am missing?

try dialing the 1+ followed by a pound sign, will that allow you to eneter the access code?

Problem adding new DDI's...

Unfortunatley the Sonexis bridge does not recognize the # as a dialable character.

Send a message via AIM to HCJes
That may be a problem. Nortel uses # to signify you are going to straight DTMF avoiding any nortel dialing plans.
