Have an Option 81C running 4.0 software cannot get the DBA modules to respond with the M3904 sets. Have taken phone and Module to another PBX and it works fine. Is their a patch that needs to be inserted or something in the CDB or CFN to make the modules respond. Have programmed the phones in LD11 with DBA = 1 KBA = blank.Any Ideas?

You need package arie-25 for DBA to work. Are there any other phones with DBA on that PBX or is this the first?

This is the first phone we are trying to make it work on. I will check and see if I have package 25.

Any other ideas if I do have the package? I can program the unit but nothing will appear on the display, but I can use the key and it will work. Its just the display portion that does not work.
