Is there a way to get rid of the ACOD-Trunk Member from appearance on the nortel display phones during inbound calls? I like keeping my ACOD's private, therefore, removing from the display so we do not get ######-## would be great.

Is this not possible? I tried searching the MERL. I want it so that incoming calls do not show the route access code on the nortel digital displays.

Part number NT4D06AB make sure to get rlse 4 or higher as 3 or lower is junk.

put a name to the ACOD in LD95

Incoming Call or something like that

Mine show the name on the first line and the ACOD on the second.

Colin, I have over 700 DIDs... that would take a lot of time. There is no way? I thought this would be a security issue for those who have their sites use AC1 instead of route ACODs.

Most of my sites don't use TGAR / TARG so even though they can see the ACOD they can't dial it... or if they can it doesn't work.

On the sites using TGAR / TARG all of the stations are at CTD... you can dial the ACOD and at times get dial tone but as soon as anyone tries to dial past that the system gives reorder.
