Location: Houghton, NY Rep Power: 9 ![]() | Zeroing out whenin voicemail More on the sipx integration. We currently have everything working. We can dial extension back in forth. DIDs from nortel will come into the sipx pbx and sipx can now dial out through the Nortel. My currently problem is that the Nortel system will now allow the sipx to dial 911 across. Here is the error I get any thoughts DCH 14 UIPE_IMSG CC_SETUP_IND REF 0000000E CH 0 TOD 16:38:42 CALLED #:911 NUM PLAN: UNKNOWN TON: UNKNOWN DCH 14 UIPE_OMSG CC_REJECT_REQ REF 0000800E CH 23 14 TOD 16:38:42 CAUSE: #42 - SWED EQIP CONGESTION

Location: Houghton, NY Rep Power: 9 ![]() | Slag, Thank you for your reply. We can currently can make all other calls now over the PRI link between the sipx PBX and the Nortel PBX. I am currently just sending 9 and the number for regular outbound calls and it is working fine. When dialing 911 I get the dch message above. My switch is setup with special number (SPN) 11 and points to a special 911 route list. The has 5 possible routes to use for emergency calls. Each ENTR on the route list uses a DMI that inserts the 9. I do this so users can dial 911 without having to do 9911. I do not use emergency services because it only allows you to specify a route and not a route list. (I do not understand why). Thanks for you help. Jes

One of the things I failed to mention is that the BCM I have hanging off the 81 with NI2 had problems when calls would tandem to COTs, wasn't a biggy for us because we upgraded to PRIs shortly after installing the BCM so I never did get around to fixing it.

Location: Houghton, NY Rep Power: 9 ![]() | Slag, I found the problem. When creating the channels for the sipx link I accidently type 1 instead of 15 for my TARG causing to to conflict with most my routes which were set to 1. We are now fully integrated and running.
