I got a weird situation, (well all situations are wierd when you dont know what your doing), but anyways we had a guy out for a week and his calls are being forwarded to another number.

how is this happening since I didnt change anything on the switch? and now that hes back they are asking for me to set it so his calls go to him instead of being forwarded.

I stat his number and shows IDLE.
and I DISU then ENLU to make sure it wasnt a phone being off the hook or something.

what could of happened and what do I need to fix this?

Do a trace of the tn in ld 80 and see if the CFW key is active.

it was CFW, I saw it on the switch but wasnt sure how to change it?

but I guess on our system all you need to do is hit # 1 on that phone, then the number to forward to and hang up and all your calls will start forwarding to that number.

to stop this I hit # 1 again and hung up.

Guess I should have asked if it was an analog or digital port
