| Rekindling the romance. Just installed an Option 11C Rel. 25.15 with Call Pilot 1.07. We have several issues. I am not sure if they are related. I would appreciate any help you can give. Under Channel Monitor, Channel 1,1 is listed as Remote Off Duty. We've tried rebooting, reloading software, taking out of service on switch. No luck. Could this be a problem with the MMAC card or something else?? Thru dial is not working. We have double checked the settings including the RPLs. The remote notification is not working. Also, we can not manually record the voice prompts. It won't ring the phone. Could this be a result of Channnel 1,1 not working, or something else? If so, is there a work around? Location: Utah Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Caller ID name on SBC PRIs We had/have problems with the thru dial. It is really picky. Our will ring then after 3 rings it will drop and the calll pilot lady says that the call can not be processed at this time. It only happens when dialing a verizon number. They have a 5ess switch the connects directly to our dms-10. It is a set up message that only comes from the tandem switch that is missing. The pri passes this info that that message didn't get recieved to the Meridian and the Call Pilot drops it for some reason. Its a infomation only ss7 message. We use our MIPCD to handle calls to Verizon. It works flawlessly! Call Pilot tech support couldn't fix it. Calls directly from the Meridian stayed up fine! Hopefully Call Pilot 2.5 will be better! | ||||||||

Location: Missouri Rep Power: 6 ![]() | OPTION 11 system speed call list route?? Has your provider looked at this as a M1 issue rather than a problem with Call Pilot? We started with CP 1.06 and 25.10 and needed quite a few Meridian patches to fix problems that I would have thought had been problems with the CP software. I have since upgraded the M1, first to 25.30, now 25.40b, and CP to 1.07 and 2.0, and with each have had patches referring to Call Pilot (right now there are 5 CP patches installed). Frankly, I would try to get off 25.15; many of my problems were fixed when we went to 25.30. | ||||||||
