Rep Power: 6 ![]() | French Lesson I have setup MAT so I can make a few global changes to some sets, but I am having a slight problem. I setup all of the communications and retrieved all of the sets without a problem. When I change a set and try to transmit it, a communications window comes up and I can see the following being typed and the window exits. ****Done LOGO The set in the PBX is not changed. When I retrieve a single or multiple stations everything works fine. What could be the problem here?

Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Defining destination for Operator OK, I got the transmit to sort of work. I can change a digital set and transmit without a problem. When I change an analog set and transmit, the system logs in, goes to LD 10 as it should, inputs the chg command, TN, DES, WRLS, and then it stops on the DN. It seems to be trying to send the answer NO again, but the prompt is set on DN and of course that needs to be a number. It then throws an error (SCH0030) Digit input instead of alpha input is required. Well, we all know that! It is almost like the PBX requested the response to WRLS again but then switched to the DN prompt. Once again, digital sets work perfect on transmit every time. I can't seem to get one to mess up at all which is great. Any ideas?

Location: Carlsbad, CA Rep Power: 6 ![]() | MAT 6.6 Transmit I'm having similar problems. You might check the port to make sure it has the three "permissive" atributes. I don't have my PBX hat on right now but I believe there are something liie "MTC", "SCH" and something else. You might double check these atttrtibutes.

You might double check these atttrtibutes (MTC SCH CTY ) these are not what it can do, but what it receives unless you ask for something its not programed to see. i.e.: If at TTY is programed for MTC I will see ERROR Codes but I will still be able to do SCH on the TTY and do print outs.

Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Maintenance I still can't get this figured out. It looks like MAT is expecting the PBX to list it's WRLS data first and then ask for the answer like the DES does. The PBX doesn't ask for the data though It just displays WRLS = NO and then prompts for the DN while MAT is answering NO still. I checked all port permissions and they seem to be fine. I wouldn't think it would be an issue since I can change digital sets fine. I can login with the same username and pass with procomm and change things fine. Is there maybe a default transmit script that needs to be modified?

Rep Power: 6 ![]() | "LOOKY HERE" ...REVISION # 1 The CD that I have is V6.67.07 and has an update of 6.67.07.1 on it. Is that the same update or is V6.67.07 all I need. That seems to be what I have installed. I may reinstall the software and see what happens.

Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Maintenance I cannot download the software. I am registered and I get a message saying that a service contract between Nortel and my company must be in place to download. Anywhere else to get the disk. I have a licensed version of MAT. Pretty stupid to not let me fix it!
