Just installed a Succession 4 with a 100+ M3904's. All get caller id info, but none of them store anything in the call log. All are setup to log all calls, but the call log is always empty.

LDN question

Check the COS of the 3904. If I am not wrong, CPNA and some other Name display COS need to be turn on. Another thing is the set setting, CALL log on/off?

Cheers
Ric
