Symposium 4.0 - creating DSN connection
Hello! I have 2 2616's that I am having problems with. The both have only 1 extension. If they are not on the phone, and don't answer, it rolls to voicemail. If they are on the phone, when you call their number it rings busy and not to voicemail. I may be overlooking the obvious, but the lhk is set to 00, FDN and hunt are both set to voicemail.

Any suggestions?

Can anyone recommend a wireless solution
be sure you have CFTA (call fwd & hunt by call type allowed) in CLS

if these are inbound

you will also need to set EFD & EHT

EFD x x x x destination for external calls not answered
EHD x x x x destination DN for external calls getting busy

616 DR5 ?????
Angle- You may have got this working already, but is the extension on Key 00. If not
short hunt won't work. You'll need to set the LHK the same as the extension key.
I.E. If the extension is on Key 8, the LHK must be at least 8. I've had that problem many times.
