ELAN problem with Symposium

I've got a customer with a SL-100 system and he's having trouble inserting pauses into a speed dial. If anyone knows how to do that, we'd appreciate the assistance! Otherwise, a copy of the manual would be equally kind. lucasz@hotmail.com

I have never worked on an SL-100, but if you are looking for the manuels, you can download them from the nortel support site.

callpilot does not start

The DMS uses the asterisk for pauses..the timer is determined in Table Custhead at parameter CUTPAUSE. I have mine set at 5.

My bad!
CUTPAUSE in in seconds, so 5 = 5 seconds. The manual calls for any digit (4 to 7) and must not be longer than the inter-digit timout.
