Hey folks,

Here is an excerp from an fsum in ld 32. I concered with the 35 sets not responding.

What causes these sets not to respond to firmware downloads? Is there a way to identify the 35 TN's?

Thanks,

do an FSUM ALL and it will list all the sets and there firmware. then you can do a download to one of the set that is currently not at the latest firmware level and see what error is generated.

The numbers in brackets represent the core firmware found on the sets.

IF YOU HAVE THAT MANY 3905'S YOU GOT A NICE SIZE CALL CENTER, AND I ASSSUME THAT YOU DON'T CLOSE DOWN. I WOULD SCHEDULE A NICE LONG WEEKEND AND DO A FDL ON ALL YOUR 3905. THIS WILL BE EFFECTING YOUR CALL CENTER.
