Location: Chlt-NC Rep Power: 6  Country:  | Calls not going to voice mail boxes. Maybe I am missing something here, but heres my option. How about using just one menu service. Record your normal greeting "Hello, press 1 for.. press 2 for etc..." on your MENU CHOICES PROMPT. and delete your GREETING PROMPT. Now, when a special need arises, you simply record on your GREETING PROMPT. When the special event is finished, simply delete the Greeting prompt again. | ||||||||
