Were can I look to see if Call Pilot is calling persons when we have Remote Notification turned on? I'm getting reports of people saying remote notification is not calling them when I can see in a CDR report that the number is being dialed.

You should be able to look at the users profile for the mailbox. You will see the settings and number that is set to be called by that specific mailbox.

The callpilot reporter software if installed on another machine, it may have reports for this. Ours is not working right now so I can't pull them up and see what is available.

Re: My Kinda Congregation!!!

R,
Are you talking about Call Pilot System Monitor?
I have that, it's on the server, and I can see each channel.

I will work with this and make some test calls.

There is seperate piece of software "CallPilot Reporter" that installs on a seperate server (not the CallPilot). This uses the same installer as the CallPilot but you have to select the reporter option. Once operational it collects stats from the CallPilot where you can run reports on your mailboxes, menus, etc... This is where I think there may be some way of tracking the calls out for remote notification.

Does this help?

You need to install it on a seperate server using the CallPilot install disks but selecting the reporter option. It is not able to run on the CallPilot server itself.

There is a remote notification report available.
