We do have a symposium server for our ACD system. Can you give me some insight on how it can be done in Symposium?

Call Pilot remote notification question?

You don't mention your Symposium version so I'm making some assumptions. Check out the Symposium Scripting Guide (PO910109). There are several ways to describe what you want to do depending on what treatment you want to give the call- reroute, give busy, etc.
