Re: ARRRRG!

I have had several users state that the person they call cannot hear them. If they hang up and call back everything is fine. I thought it may have just been one phone, however, I have heard this from several people.

No errors on PBX. Has anyone heard of this before? This happens on both internal and external calls.

People cannot hear people

Are these Internal or External calls?
Are these analog trunks, COT,DID,TIE, PRI,CAS.
Does this happen for local, LD,Cell, VOIP

This information would help give yu some direction.

I did state above that it is both internal and external calls.

Mostly analog users complaining.

We have 1 PRI and 4 DID/DODs coming in and out.

Are they all in the same loop? We had a similar issue and it was a bad network card.

Interesting question. I will need to take a closer look at the TNs of the users that complain.
