Does anyone know how to troubleshoot this error?

DCH 003 : OPER AEST AUTO

The far end switch is Avaya S8700 with G650 media gateway. I am connecting a Nortel TMDI board to a DS1 on Avaya switch.

I have seen this message, but from an #5 ESS machine connected to a Opt 81.This message is saying the connection is established and working. I'm will assume the PRI is up and working. Is this true.

The DRAT 64KC was set to 56K instead of 64K.
