The set should just fall open once you have them out. Or the Slag method take shot gun, shoot phone then pick up pieces to examine  | ||||||||

PBXNs idea should work as well, just watch the fingers when the screwdriver slips (speaking from experience) How about a band saw to cut the back off? | ||||||||
