Everything look the same, I'm having an issue with getting the up!! I don't have any display on the LCD screen, I've check the punch down (clean) the cross-connect (good) but when I plug the set in nothing!!! Is there any help out there please!!!!!! Here's a print of the TNB also:

I know it´s a stupid question, but have you checked the polarity for the set?

Yes I have and everything has tested out fine!!!!

Maybe a bad TN or a bad phone, have you tried a phone that you know works?

I'm with slag, and if the phone works on another TN try the following

ld 32
stat 020 0 07 00

even if it is enabled,do a "enlu 020 0 07 00' just to be safe.

then go into
ld 30
untt 020 0 07 00
if it comes back with anything but okay, I would recheck the wiring, and if that checks out replace the digital line card.

HI,

Although this seems to be an issue with the phoneset, u can trying enabling the specific TN using the 'enlu' command in ld20.

If this does not help and you have verified that there is no issue with the phoneset, u can try this -

Out the new TN -

ld 20
Req: out
TN : 020 0 07 00
xxxxxxxxxxxxxx


And then copy the configuration from the existing TN/phoneset u have - 4 0 11 11 , using the 'cpy 1' command in ld20.
