YET ANOTHER WEBSITE !!!!!!!!!

I have two Option 11c PBXs networked together using an ITG card. Was doing some testing tonight and found I was unable to transfer/connect a call from one 11c to the other. If I stayed on the same 11c, I could complete the transfer.

Diagram:
CO PRI -> Main 11c -> ITG 2.1 -> Remote 11c -> phone A
-> Phone B (connected to Main 11c)

Attempted transfer to phone B on Main 11c; I could get it in consultation with phone A but could not connect the outside CO call with phone B

What should I be looking for to try to get transfer working properly?

i dont know if this is a great reply but i just tried it here and it would not go until i got supervision back so what i did was hit # after the ext. and then i hit transfer and it went through. i will call my nortel eng. and ask but try that for now i am sure there is a better way though

Call transfer over ITG

THAT SOUNDS ABOUT RIGHT, EVEN ON A TIE TRUNK YOU WILL NET SUPY TO COMPLETE THE TRANSFER. YOU CAN TRY CHANGING IT TO NO SUPY OR THERE IS A TIMER IN THE RDB CALL EOD WHICH I'VE HAD SOME SUCCESS WITH BUT DON'T SET IT TO LOW THEN YOUR DIGITS ON YOUR DISPLAY WILL DISAPPEAR AND THE CUSTOMER THINKS HE BEEN CUT OFF

BFS Button Question

The pound key releases the TDS and tells the Nortel to immediately process the call irregardless

Remote Solutions for Nortel

I'm not at the site right now to test, but could it be something with internal vs external CLS settings? Something sticks in my mind about TIE lines and modifying the CLS but I can't put my finger on that thread right now.

On my 3903 the CONNECT key was there, but it wouldn't complete the transfer. However, I could transfer to a phone on the same switch.

still get the trk136 messages

Our vendor has now told me we need to use CXFA, and more importantly, FTTU (unresticted transfer and conference). I really don't want to apply this to 400 TNs on all my switches. Is there anything on ther cutstomer level or ITG D-channel/route to look at?
