M3902 delay display problem
Hi system is optrion 81 c. system is tied with other 81c through PRI. CDP was setup (to dial each other exts) before handed over to me. Now dialing between these two system suddenly stopped. when i dial 81432 it stays silent and then fast busy tone. We didnt changed any programme settings. Checked PRI through Telco its also ok. Other site also says they didnt changed anything..Now what should i check to get this work???

check your d-channel in ld 96

your T-1 could be up but if you dchl is down all your channels will be down

First thing I always try is to use the maint set to sieze one of the TIE trunks. Make a test call on it. If you can sieze it and the call completes, then I'd start looking at how everything's set up for routing.

ERR SCH5576 when configuring the Dual PRI card
As far as i know no change to the software made. when i bargen/seize a channel throug console and dial manually 8+801+ext no. it is working fine.but when i normally dial from console or any ext it wont works..what else should i do..

Turn on D-Ch monitoring, after you dial what do you see?
