Good Day folks,

I have 5 circuits (ISA routes) in a PBX. And depending on which outbound route the call goes through, different clids are displayed. I want to standardize 4 of the numbers to say Private Name Private Number and I would like 1 of them an 800 number.

I beleive I have to modify the clid table, but I am not familiar with how to do it. Which NTPS should I read-up on and where should I get started?

To print what you have LD 21,prt CLID and to make changes LD 15 NET_Data and when you get CLID prompt yes and make changes to your entry. Hope this helps

I think the telco is the one that would send the
"Private Name Private Number" if you tell it "if I send nothing in this CLID entry, the telco sends this message".

Here is the output, is it possible that one of the circuits is displaying a number other than that one.
