Option 11c Maintenance Terminal - Revisited

Thanks for the info,I went in and added some routes be still no luck.We moved into a new bldg about a month ago and my connection stopped working from the new location.
We thougt it may be the VLAN as it was still working from the Optivity server when I would login remotely to our Opt 11.Then it started going belly up,on agfain off again and now looks like a permanent out.
Any suggest ions?
