| The Option 11 using CallPilot as Auto Attendant and VM for call handling. Analogue Trunks locked up from time to time. No regular intervals. LD32 found all trunk busy when no body is using the phone. Please advise solutions. Further more, is there any way that we can collect CDR data remotely? | ||||||||

Rep Power: 4  | Analog trunks Look for error messages when this happens. Can be a polarity problem. Yes cdr's can be collected remotely. tty connected to bufferbox, bufferbox withm modem or ip-connection. or CDR collection over ethernet with OTM, DBA data buffering and acces, depending on rls and packages in your M1.
