I need to change 11c clock card(NTAD20) that attached to DTI/PRI card, but I'm not quite sure the procedure, disable D channel ? disable loop ? And what else, please help.

Of course look in the NTP's for hardwarereplacement.

DIS DCH
DISL your loop
DIS clockcontroller ?
but be sure you also DISable your MSDL if its a downloadable d-channel daughterbord, if you dont you get an INI.

Too bad that my company didn't provide me NTP, is there anywhere I can get it ?

Some time ago it was a sticky at the top of this forum.
You can create an account at nortels website and get acces to helmsman online NTP.
