This SPV does not log in to the queue. She wants to forward her phone to voice mail but, all calls are still coming through to her DN. She is using the right key and she has entered the right numbers. The set will forward no answer just fine. I am posting the TNB of the set so that you folks can tell me what I am missing.

change cftd to cfta

and change sfd to sfa in the cls..

Does 4889 appear on any other TN's?

Seen this many times before, unless a DN is a PDN (Key 0) the call fwd feature will only affect single appearance DN's
